OBJECTIVES OF ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT:
- Oversee staff members involved. - Track work in progress. - Correspond with associated partners. - Track finances and manage budget. - Deal with technical issues reported by technical person. - Liaise with school management/administration regarding work in progress, contracts, secondment letters and financial queries. - Attend meetings and report back to staff and management. - Disseminate project. - Update online activity reports. - Liaise with Marie in LIT to develop new learning objects and discuss useful objects already in place/how to enhance them. - Decide on multiplier event - which format if at all. - Decide on financial management - transfer of funds/recovery of funds. - Training event - taking place virtually? and with all staff? - 3 associated partners - Final reports/budget - Evaluations from staff
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT:
- Recording finances. - Organising team meetings. - Tracking staff time and disseminating time sheets. - Creating contracts and secondment letters for staff involved. - Meeting with management regarding technical issues, staff involvement and financial queries. - Meeting with lecturers from LIT. - Completing relevant paperwork and contributing to online platforms associated with the project. - Over seeing, proof reading and submitting case studies. - Meeting and discussing learning objects with Marie. - Staff CPD. - Meeting via Zoom conference with partners. - Deadlines extended for project completion. - Meeting with staff to discuss and divide work. - Providing guidance and templates to staff for IOs. - Meeting with school management to make decisions around events, training activities and budget. - Communicating with staff regarding project updates due to pandemic and management decisions. - Find three more associated partner - Sharing end users evaluation with colleagues in various schools - Project evaluation by our own staff
RESULTS ACHIEVED:
- Successfully obtained 5 case studies from 5 separate staff members. - Liaised with lecturers in LIT. - Corresponded well with associated partners. - Obtained signed and stamped contracts and secondment letters from all involved staff members. - Handled finances. - Tracked instalments and time sheets. - Interviewed staff after completion of their cases studies and created a report based on these discussions. - CanSat introduced and staff CPD undertaken (new object for teachers). - Staff chose the learning object best suited to a topic they were currently or will be working on in near future to test with students. - All staff working from same template for providing comments. - Attending online Zoom meetings in lieu of overseas travel. - Transfer budget from transnational meetings, training activities and multiplier event to additional working days for staff and technical person. - No multiplier event to take place. - Not feasible to free all 5 teachers for 5 days virtual training event - 2 staff to attend virtually, one day each - 3 associated partners obtained. - 2 staff took part in training activity and disseminated information to all school staff - Website link and end user evaluation shared with new colleagues and schools in Tipperary and Kilkenny - Final report being able to be written by LIT with our support
