This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned.

OBJECTIVES OF ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT:
- to proof read the brochure in English
- to enable the implementation of the project by preparing all project documents
- to plan and implement the dissemination of the project
- to recruit other researchers and to liaise with LIT management
- to liaise with the Irish partner school
- to encourage new schools to join as associate partners
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT:
- working on all the organizational aspects, as for example project documentation, financial procedures, contact with the schools
- attending the kick-off meeting in Florence
- meeting with partner school to go through project requirements and to advise on activities needed
- meeting with LIT management and lecturers
- meeting with school directors and teacher to present the summary of the project
- contact with relevant organisations with a view to associate partnership
- dissemination of the project aims in local, national and international conference is on-going.
- contacting local schools and organisations regarding associate partnership.
- organisation of transnational meeting facilities.
- contacting associate partners and submitting data on these to the project portal.
- co-ordinating work by researchers and submitting to partners for review.
- participation in virtual meeting to discuss the results and continuing work of the project.
- continuing communication via virtual meetings and emails
- updating financial documentation
- communication with partner school and researchers regarding evaluations.
- updating work in progress and collating final evaluations and dissemination reports.
RESULTS ACHIEVED:
- logo and brochure have been proofed and printed
- liaison with Colaiste Mhuire on-going
- contracts issued to LIT lecturers for research activity
- teachers and school administration of school associate partners have been informed about the project
- one associate partner confirmed and others pending
- the project has been disseminated in several posts
- exploitation links have been forged.
- the transnational meeting in Limerick was facilitated and completed as planned.
- on-going communication with other potential associate partners
- Six associate partners agreed to become linked to the project. Their information has been submitted.
- the work is being managed as required in an exceptional time. The extension of the project is noted and completion of the remaining work is now a priority.
- Work is being completed as agreed in the partner meetings and to meet the set deadlines.
